Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. Send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund. We do ask that returned items include the original packaging.
Due to health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or return any edible goods - opened or unopened - unless the product is faulty.
Delivery costs on returns of any unwanted items that are not faulty must be covered by the customer. We will cover carriage costs for returns of any faulty / damaged products within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
Any tickets purchased for demonstrations, classes, workshops and other events are non refundable.

“Great product easy to use. Just made my first tiered wedding cake and used two of the pieces one round the board and another round each tier as suggested in a sugarcraft magazine, the plain cake was transformed. Have a go, I will need to try other pieces now.”
